6 rooms available in a fantastic shared flat

Bakkegata 9A is a 7-room flat with everything to offer. All tenants are moving out this summer, so I am searching for roommates!

The apartment is central, located 100 meters from the Bakkegata bus stop (bus 1, 12, 22, night busses) where you will find various grocery stores (Bunnpris, Rema 1000), as well as many options to dine out or grab a coffee. 100 meters the other way will bring you to Festningsparken.

Several floors, a lot of space, a sauna, a cinema room, a huge terrace where to do BBQ, two living rooms, a bathroom (one additional shower by the sauna) and two toilets. The flat is bright and modern, with a welcoming parquet floor.

About me: Quentin, French engineer that have been studying in Trondheim previously. I enjoy mountain sports, cooking, playing music. When I'm home, I love to chill and talk with the people around, eventually play some games.

I'm searching for people eager to socialize (either in english or på norsk!), up for some activities and parties every now and then, but also not afraid to organize for chores and house rules. You see yourself in this description? Send a message and we'll organize a visit ;)

All the rooms come with a 120cm bed, a bedside table, a lamp, a desk with chair and a wardrobe.

The landlord offers 3-year contracts, with the possibility of termination once per year. Notice of termination is delivered by 1/3, with moving out on 21/7 of the same year. If you wish to stay for one semester, an agreement for subleasing can be found (6/7 of the previous tenants had it for 2023-2024).
